First of all, I'd like to say that I don't like the 'share this' tool that allows you to share links such as this one on a blog without allowing you to add text. WTF? Who would ever just add a link like that to a blog? Not me... at least I never plan to...
Made these pecan-crusted chicken fingers tonight and I thought they were great! Really tasty and crunchy. The kids liked them as well, of course. Worth giving them a try for sure! We had them with mashed squash and sliced beats. Yum!
