"I wanted to let you know by phone but could not get through and I am too excited to wait. The house is SOLD. I just got back to the office and the Waiver is in for all conditions. Celebrate tonight. I am very pleased that it is finished for you. Thank-you for all of your patience.

Nothing came out of the inspection, so no work to do! We just need to sell some old furniture and washer and dryer (unless we can ship the latter super cheap). Know anyone interested?

SUPER news!!! Glad Chapter 1 is over and you can start to work on CHapter 2 - finding a new home - and the good news is you have 6 months + to do it and you will be in a good spot as you have few, if any, conditions that would need cleared.
If it makes you feel better on your financials, btw, the data out this week on housing shows prices down 10% on avg across the country - so maybe you'll see some help on the Fredericton end that you lost on the Brockville end...
